Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Exam Result on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

About this app

The Result app allows a student to view his or her test result over the Internet, by providing the school ID and his or her IC number. The result includes the score of each subject, together with the automatically-computed percentile.

After completing grading test papers of students, a teacher publishes the results using the Grade app, with a school ID. The results are instantly accessible by all the students, through both the Result app and the result website. They are available for viewing for a certain period of time, typically one month, and will be automatically deleted after that.

Percentile (%tile) refers to how good a score is in a batch of test results published together. A 75th percentile means the score is better than 75 percent of the test results.
