This app is terrible! I can never clock in from the app. I always have to call the agency to clock in. Some days it does not clock me out. This affects my pay. Some days you can't even put in your tasks as you go through the day. All options are not readily available. Very Frustrating. I would give it no stars if I could.

I had to train on this app to better care for my brother with dementia My training coach trained me to use this app in a few hours it was so easy nd she explained everything in depth using words even I could understand Lol! I'm totally computer illiterate but with this app nd her showing me the ropes now I breeze thru it in 5 mins!! Great invaluable tool for home health care!!
