The switch works but it won't connect to Carro's servers. My WIFI is fine, several Kasa switches work fine but this one doesn't work. No tech support either. I purchased it to use with Alexa but since it won't register on the cloud, I can't use it

Developer(s) did not adhere to IEEE WIFI Security standards regarding network password length. Therefore, the only way for me to use the Smart features of the 2 fans I bought & paid to have installed (approx $1200 total), is to lessen the security of my network by REDUCING maximum length to LESS THAN the WPA2 PSK max pw length encryption standard. Not just UNWISE, IT'S IDIOTIC & SHORT-SIGHTED THINKING!!! NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO LOWER THEIR NETWORK SECURITY TO USE CARRO HOME SMART CEILING FANS!!!!!

Using this app with my newly acquired Ceiling Fan Smart Switch. Works great and love the ability to use Alexa to turn ceiling and ceiling light on/off. Also easy to set up a schedule... it just works!
