Carpool your daily commute to your office, factory or school with the Carpool Genius App. Prior enrollment by your employer, school or landlord (called an “ENTITY”) is required. See www.carpoolamerica.org for more information on how to get your “ENTITY” to join so you can carpool your daily commute.

Using your ENTITY CODE provided, you can register and use the app. The interactive map on the app groups you with those that share your same daily commuter destination only. This is not a general ride share app. You will only see carpools you can join as well as allowing you to form your own carpool with others looking to carpool to your same daily destination. You will select your commuter preference in the app when registering, either driver, shared driver or passenger. If you elect either driver options, you will need to scan your driver’s license and insurance information into the app.

Requests to join or form a carpool are handled within the app as well as the responses to those requests. Once formed, a detailed commuter map is displayed with all carpool team members listed, including phone number and email. Daily commute start times are shown, and notifications to all carpool team members are sent once the driver begins the carpool route.
