Bought a Cardo Packtalk Black one week ago. Good audio quality and design. However, voice recognition is just terrible, works one in a million times. I have English as default language so it might be my pronunciation (even though I have no problem with other devices). Also, I did want to change it to Italian, but in the app no language other than English shows up. I wrote to the support this week, still no response.

Super buggy. After first connect the app displayed "No Unit Connected" but would still allow me to interact with the unit. Can't connect my Spotify. If i choose i get the prompt "You're not logged in to Spotify" (which I am). And no matter what i choose the app either swish black screens all around the screen and come back to "You're not logged in". Or nothing happens if i press login (depends on what screen I'm on). Tried a forcefully restart of the app and cache clean. Hire actual developers!

Barely functional for me on Galaxy Note20 Ultra. Connected and working but app can never find the device. When it does, it quickly drops connection. Pretty disappointed. Edit: my firmware is current on both devices and there's no way that I'm doing a factory reset on my phone in hopes that it will fix your sub-par app that many are having the same issues with. FIX IT!

Well deleted old (good review) to now current low rating. Audibly unit confirms it is connected via Bluetooth and visually phone confirms Bluetooth connection for both phone and audio. (Even shoes packtalk bold power level) Guess what? App "can't connect" and it's a frustrating struggle to get it to connect. This happened after the update...

Quite simply awful. FM radio controls, preset or otherwise never work. Bluetooth audio control doesn't control audio. Want to make a mesh network? Yeah, me too. There is not a single function of this app that works on either my or my girlfriend's Packtalk Bold. Both have updated firmware. Both are just as tragic. Three overall stars for this app is simply too high.

So far it's garbage. Won't save settings or connect to anything correctly. At least I can use Google Assistant to listen to music and make calls. Haven't tried intercom function yet. If doesn't work, sending units back for something different.
