Zurich Marine Solutions provides a unique platform that allows users to capture key data insights through the use of both customized digital forms as well as access to a library of pre-populated forms.

Leave the paper and clipboards behind. Zurich Marine Solutions (ZMS) is an easy-to-use app that helps connect employees, contractors, sub-contractors, vendors and management. Build and deploy mobile forms with QR code access, utilize exclusive Zurich RiskInsights and more. Works offline when a wireless or Wi-Fi connection is not available.

PROJECTS – Manage multiple projects within the same app.


MOBILE FORMS WITH QR CODE ACCESS – Replace paper-based forms with digital forms that can be completed by anyone with the app or via QR code access. Leverage our pre-populated form library or build new based on your existing paper forms. Data is captured digitally, directly from the user, reducing errors and providing faster access to information. Mobile forms can cover a wide variety of topics, warehouse assessments, carrier scorecards, heavy lift and project cargo management, and cargo theft management.

QR CODE ACCESS – Generate a QR code through the system and share with external parties to have non-users fill out digital forms that populate back in your private dashboard with no additional handling points. Those that do not have the app will fill out the form via a system-generated web form.

ZURICH RISK TOPICS – Questions on how to identify or handle a task, risk or exposure correctly? Get guidance and share from the many RiskTopics developed by Zurich’s Risk Engineers on various risks like Supply Chain Security, Project Cargo, Fire Prevention, and much more.

FILE CABINET – Provide access to important documents, such as standards of care, procedures or certifications and more for digital access without the need to file.
