About this app

EQUIP YOUR ORGANIZATION BY PREPARING FOR LOCKDOWNS!

We live in a world where it’s critical that organizations prepare their employees, students, worshippers and guests for a lockdown situation. According to the FBI there were 250 Active Shooter Incidents in the United States from 2000-2017 with 799 people killed and 1,418 wounded. In comparison, so far in 2018 there have been 346 mass shootings according to Gun Violence Archive.

Whether it’s an active shooter, workplace violence, violent crime or pandemic outbreak it’s important for organizations to access their environments against best practices.

This mobile application is made for all of these environments- Churches, K-12 schools, Higher Education, Hospitals, Entertainment Venues, Apartment Buildings and Offices.

The mobile app is easy to use and works offline. The app contains over 150 best practice questions that organizations will use to perform inspections on each facility. The categories range from Access Control, Behaviors, Communication, Emergency Action Plans, Exterior/Parking Areas, First Aid, Mock Training Exercise, Reception Areas and Student Areas. And, these questions grow each day based on research from the industry which are automatically added to the app.

Each category has a list of questions that are answered by each facility. For example, for Exterior Parking Areas “Are trees and shrubs regularly trimmed to ensure visibility on exterior cameras?”. Each inspector would walk the perimeter of the building and, using their phone, take photos and notes (easily done using voice dictation). All inspections are tracked from anywhere on a cloud based website and the reports are formatted with each organization’s logo. .

When an issue is encountered, the app has the ability to assign this issue to either internal employees or external employees for real time collaboration and quick resolution.

Organizations also have the ability to add their own questions based on their unique characteristics and the questions can be tailored to each facility. Organizations can use this data to spot trends, ensure accountability, maximize transparency and organize group purchasing discounts.

The mobile app also includes a mobile file cabinet. Organizations can create their own unique folder structure and drag and drop files into the folders from the website. All files can then be viewed from any mobile device from any location- they can even be shared with third parties. Manage Mock Training Exercises, Training Recaps, Floor plans, Emergency Preparedness Plans, Communication Testing Records, Restraining Orders, etc. Each file can be accessed to only those people that need it.

Lockdown also has built in mobile form templates for Accident Reports, Accident Investigations, Incident Reports, and more. Each template is configured for each organization. There is also a mobile form creator which provides a way for each organization to eliminate all paper based reports.

The platform is very intuitive and almost all organizations are setup in less than one hour. Find out why so many of the largest insurance companies rely on Real Time Risk Solutions to help their clients manage risk.

The platform also contains a Learning Management System where organizations can upload videos and documents and create quizzes. The platform grades each quiz and even prints out a completion certificate.

Real Time Risk Solutions is so passionate about this issue that we are selling this app to organizations at cost. For only $1 per day per facility you will get all of these features plus tech support and free on-boarding.
