The pharmacy itself is great with wonderful people but the App tries to be too many things at once (Membership prog, E-Shoppe, Notification page, among others) and thus ends up being clunky and slow and takes forever to update and refresh. Needs strong data connectivity. Outlet located on the far end of Mall? Might as well use a webpage. Only use the app when asked. And even then I just prefer giving my username to get my shopper info.

This new app is seems to be launched without inputs. You want members to re key in the data but I just stopped inputting when I reach the DOB. I am 60 years old and you expect me to click 720 TIMES to move to the month I was born!!!. I give up. If it is so difficult to re register to be a member, I rather not be one.

This updated app is so bad that I couldn't imagine anyone would spend the time tapping on DOB.. It's really crazy and despite all the complaint and it's not even rectified till now. What is the point having this app and we can't even check our vouchers or any promotion. I hope you guys are working on it soon otherwise you wouldn't mind losing some of your loyal members here.

have yet to explore everything. But please contact your developer to configure your D.O.B (calendar feature). Why need to undo month by month? Imagine someone was born year before 1980?. How many clicks they need to do?. If your developer can't help you. Let me know. Please contact me. Thanks!.

Your new update is useless. I had a previous account but your new update wants us to recreate the login account. Then what about my previous points. Nevertheless I input my details and the column on DOB doesn't have the year to choose, we had to go 1 by 1 backdate to our ancient year we are born. The worst has yet to come after which the app keeps buffering after the DOB input and any further opening of app keeps buffering even at the tel no. column. Really terrible app.

After Berjaya have took over Caring group, the pharmacy apps become useless. I can't log in and end up with Loading...Loading... That's why Tiga Pharmacy all closing down. I don't even bother to step in again to your pharmacy. Apps keep updating but problems never solved. What for? Sigh....bad management.
