A good app and good service. It's still early days, but Canugo really could become the 'Uber' of moving things. What I did like was the ability to price a removal job without having to sign up. It was cheap enough that I abandoned messing around with self-drive hire, trying to arrange a helper, pick up and return a van. The app works well, with a simple logical flow. A couple of minor niggles... It didn't want to accept details of my account that I had created on my laptop. A password reset from my phone fixed that, it now works on both. I feel there could be more information about what the customer can expect to happen next after booking and paying. Was that definite, or depending on a driver taking the job?. Who would I contact and how to find out? In fact the order was updated in the app and I think I would have been notified if I'd not had the password problem. Although I could track the driver, I could find no way back to previous screens except closing and re-starting the app. But these are small details, the basic idea and the service was great. I will use Canugo again.

This app saved the day. The process of booking a man with van was so straightforward and quick to do. I was kept up to date with the drivers route to my location. The app also has an in app calendar so that I can keep note of future deliveries I may have. The only reason why the app lost a star from me is that the payment process was a little irritating. I tried to use my card (with sufficient funds) to make payment but it kept on failing, thankfully I was able to borrow a family members card.

I used this app twice for moving out. And on both occasion I had a very good experience. Free of headache

Been signed up on both apps and iv passed all the checks and got texts but no jobs appaire at all even after IV refreshed the app and deleted and re downloaded it.. I email the team about this and didn't even get a response back

Useless app hangs on log in and closes, bombarding me with login numbers. Would not recommend even downloading.

app doesnt open on my samsung galaxy S9 so would look into that. However, service was excellent. booked medium van through website and was quick and easy to sort. thanks to Earnest for all his help
