Can only get app to work when on same network as camera! Even after changing http port and setting route forwarding in router. Emailed developer but no reply :(

As soon as I go out of the house and on mobile 4g Internet it goes offline. Only works at home on my WiFi. What's the point of it if it only works when I'm home grr. Even then it hardly ever alerts me when people walk past!!
