Even if you are too nice to slam the phone, it's fun to practice. Instructions might indicate what the feedback is for a successful practice slam. I had to slam a few times to get it right and I wasn't sure how I would know I had the right motion. (A crashing bell sounds)

Love love love the idea behind this app! however it is not yet up to proper working order. Oh how I truly wish it were. I miss being able to end a disagreeable phone call with a nice hard angry slam of the receiver! I beg of you to please fix the bugs with the wonderful app. bring back the power of the angry slam hang up.

About this app

In the days before cell phones, people could show their distaste with a phone conversation by angrily slamming their receiver back into the cradle. Even in the early days of cell phones, you could flip your phone angrily shut. But the rise of flat, touchscreen phones has crippled up of this vital method of communicating uncontrollable fury.

This app bridges that gap.

Once you've downloaded Slam the Phone, all you need to do is wait around for a phone call. If the person on the other end makes you angry, just swing your phone so the screen faces down and "slam" it towards the ground. A slamming sound will play to tell the imbecile on the other end that they're being hung up on, and then the call will be ended.

This app is a beta version - email me with any problems and I'll try to fix it within two weeks. If you can't figure out the slamming motion, you can practise it if you open up the app.
