There are 5 default settings for automatic registration:
Save all (default): this configuration saves all calls, except predefined contacts, to be ignored.
Ignore everything: this configuration does not register any calls except the predefined contacts that will be registered.
Ignore contacts: this configuration records all calls with people who are not contacts, with the exception of the preselected contacts that will be registered.
