This app failed to work until I realized that Contacts + was hijacking all phone app notifications data. I uninstalled Contacts + and notifications are now working properly.

I'm using this app to notify myself of missed calls by email when I am away from my phone or accidentally leave it silent. I particularly like the fine-grained options for notification of incoming, outgoing and missed calls... each with customizable email subject/content. Definitely worth the price for the Pro version.
