It stops automatically. It ruins your emotions when you expecting it to call out caller name and it dont. Enough options to set it your way but all goes in vein when it cannot run for longer. Hated it on HonorX.

8No option to stop speaking in vibration or silent mode. Please add this facility . Shaking to stop is not enough if one wants silent in vibration on Muslims prayer time it disturbing so much pleased to rectify. Thanking you
