This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Max Call Blocker on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.

It hasn't blocked one call so far and I have to manually input numbers from my call list that are known spam or telemarketers. Just got another call and this app did nothing. Uninstalling immediately.
