This calendar & its task list is totally awesome!!! It will do everything you want it to do. I've used it for the last 2 to 3 years and just realized that there's now a desktop version...WAY TO GO CalenGoo!!! I highly recommend this totally reliable calendar that immediately syncs across all devices. I use it on both of my cell phones (work & personal), tablet and now desktop.

I've been an avid fan since 2011 when I first bought Calengoo from the Amazon Appstore for my new kindle Gen 1 tablet (there's a blast from the past!). I didn't even have a smartphone back then. Initially, the draw for me was the simple ability of syncing desktop Google Calendar and Tasks to the tablet/phone. But as time goes on, I am now entrenched in the phone and very little Google desktop usage. it is the perfect app for me. I am a list person and Task lists are ideal for so many things. The calendar functions perfectly with lots of hooks for easy event manipulation. I recently uncovered the New-Event and New-Task widgets that are AWESOME. I love all the display customizations possible. And my settings were easily portable from phone to phone. They may be overwhelming to some (as noted in an earlier review) and maybe the defaults could be improved for new users, but I love all the settings available to get it just right for me. Developer support top notch too! I just reported a small cosmetic bug and I'm sure he will fix it right away. My only suggestion is that I would like to see more icons/emojis to decorate events with and to categorize/filter them so I could remove from my view all the ones not of interest (maps, numbers). Also multiple emojies on an event could be useful.

There is so much customization options... I'm overwhelmed. For example-Can't figure out why some events have solid backgrounds and others are near imposible to read with only colored fonts on month view. Started messing with it but I just got frustrated. I can see how it would be great once setup but... Wow. Maybe I'll try it again later. Uninstalled and refunded but I see it is a very powerful calendar app... Hence the rating.

I got CalenGoo after being disappointed with the built in calendar. I had used the original calendar for a long time, but found it was not always showing events in the future even some that were next month. CalenGoo does a much better job of syncing and displaying. The only draw back is you may need to play with the settings to do what you need or ask in their online forum. I the number of features and configuration options is amazing. Customize to your liking

Absolutely outstanding calendar, excellent task integration. It's the perfect app for me. I must say, while first exploring it, I was a bit overwhelmed at the number of options for customization... so much so that I nearly gave up. I am so glad I stuck with it. Now that I have the hang of it, I've been able to customize the app exactly as I want it. Truly full featured. Congratulations to the developer on creating such a great calendar. (And a word about the developer... the developer is very responsive, I did have a couple of questions and received a response extremely quickly each time.) Highly recommended. If you are new to this app, and feel a bit overwhelmed by the options, stick with it... as you get everything working exactly the way you want it, you will see the value of those many options! A solid five stars for sure. Ten actually -- five for the app itself, and five more for the outstanding customer service.

I am not quite sure why this calendar app has such few recent reviews! The customization options can be VERY daunting but they give you infinite choices. The integration of both Google and Microsoft Exchange calendars as well as customizable notification sounds, even per calendar, is almost unheard of from other apps. I hope it gets continued support and I would gladly pay a one time fee to help insure that. This is one of the best calendar apps I have ever found in the Play Store!
