About this app

MobileInstall enables FleetOutlook users to quickly install CalAmp devices in vehicles using a smartphone or tablet to scan the Device ID and vehicle VIN, which automatically pairs the two in FleetOutlook. FleetOutlook will look up the vehicle year, make and model and populate this in the vehicle record. Installers can collect other information like the license plate number /state and create a vehicle ID, assuring the data is captured correctly the first time. Additionally, installers can test the device GPS reception and proper device wiring, ensuring high quality and eliminating follow up visits.
