About last 2 weeks the ESim suddenly stopped working. I am using the ESim number for work and now I am left hanging without support. nobody is on the live chat, what u get is all standard BOT reply. I emailed them for support but they don't reply you and the support number in their website is no longer in service. it is a big scam.

It was good to us previously. But recently it doesn't have any attractive / benefit for utilities bil payment. Besides, draw chance always get those voucher which are useless to me. And bill payment there is fee charged. I doesn't have any reason for me to use this apps

It was nice to use from the start but start from this month when I want to make a payment I realised that there was high app credit charging fee. I need to pay extra RM 10 more for the fee. And I have no choice to pay, I m already top up rm7XX, and can't make a withdrawal. Sorry, no elinking anymore. I feel like I m being cheated by elinking.

The payment charge keep rising,e.g. softpin.. the service charge keep rising almost weekly to become more and more expensive to maximise profit. Nowhere in any parts of Malaysia that charges more than 50 cents for Touch and Go reload. Dishonest app increase price almost on weekly revision. the app is already not user friendly, still want to charge more expensive, unjustified. Don't reply to ask me email to your customer svc, because you should take the feedback and send to your management

When i Try to purchase the New users only data plan, it says that this user has reached the Maximum limit of Tune Talk phone number. I tried to Make new account, then I Try Again, it says the same Thing. Fix this.
