Can't connect to devices often. Updating firmware fails often. Buttons overlap with the Android interface on my phone. App has to go through the boot process every time if you minimise it. Very disappointed, I'll be rolling back and going back to Ecosmart Live.

Unusable on s21 the buttons at the bottom just cause the app to exit because they are right where the menu, app drawer and back buttons are so any attempt to touch them results in the app exiting, 1000s of dollars of lights are worthless.

Great tool for customizing mp40 wave sequences and scheduling feed times. Need to fix bottom buttons on the app, they get overlapped with the Samsung home buttons.

Horrible interface. Connectivity issues all the time. You can't update the lighting schedule because it fails but if you try to identify or calibrate the light these are connected. Also the UI its not intuitive at all... Probably the worst product ecotech has to offer.

Downgraded from 2 stars for terrible customer service. All they want is bug report. Cant tell me how to make lights work again. Out of nowhere after two weeks either the lights or app cannot remember how to keep time, and one or both of my lights will either freeze in time, or random select a time. Live demo doesn't work because one or both of the lights also kicks out of that mode at random as well. I rate lights and app together cuz that's how they work.🤔
