Missing devices. Trying to report a device just presents you with a login page for GitLab. Trying to send feeback just presents you with a Share sheet. No way to manually specify device. No way to view old changes.

Why doesn't this app work on Stock ROMS? what if im not interested in flashing a Custom ROM in the meanwhile or maybe not interested in Custom ROMs at all, but just want to know about the recent updates/changes? why not make this app accessible to everyone? is it really too much of work?

If you're running Omni (and you should), then you'll need this. It shows you if the announced update is worth installing. Should be part of Omni IMO.
