About this app

Bisbee is a great activity planner app. Use Bisbee to find nearby activities, like live music, movies, performances, sports, bars, restaurants, and discounts; or create your own activities, and then schedule with your friends, family, clients, and colleagues.

Nearby activities are provided by top name brands, sorted by distance, and categorized. They can be shared as links, or by sending invitations to your contacts with the details automatically populated. Recipients can accept or decline, see who else is going, buy tickets, get directions, request a ride, make comments, upload photos, share their current location, copy and forward, automatically save the activity in their calendar, and get reminders.

Bisbee is great for organizing group activities. Stop texting back-and-forth for 45 minutes to make simple plans, stop scrolling up through texts to find the plans you already made, and stop re-entering plans into your calendar.

Additional Features

• Your Bisbee contacts include 1) all of the contacts on your device, 2) your Facebook friends that also use Bisbee, and 3) Bisbee users that participated in activities with you.

• You can use Bisbee with someone even if they don’t use Bisbee yet. Bisbee will send them a text message with the details, and you can accept or decline on their behalf.

• See who has received, read, accepted, or declined an invitation, and when.

• Organize contacts into groups to make them easy to find.

• Save time creating a new activity by copying an old one, modifying, and resending.

• If an activity has limited capacity, invite as many people as you want, and set the "Max Accepts" value to the limit. When people accept and the limit is reached, the invitation automatically disappears for everyone else. If someone who accepted changes her mind and declines, the invitation automatically appears again to everyone invited until the limit is reached once more.
