If you have a model earlier than CC 9058 don't cause yourself the grief or the time, because it ain't gonna work! There is just no simple way to updates those models! Trust me, I've burnt many hours trying

It can not give English language to my device. I am still not able to use it properly because it is german... Also calls are okay but playing music from phone is not possible. Maybe because i can not understand german settings... :(

Will not connect with my cc9056. Just hangs when I put the device to update. Annoyed as my cc9056 will not play my music from phone.
