Has worked for me 100 percent of the time. I am only 10 feet from my fireplace. It is bluetooth so range isnt going to be great.

APP is nonresponsive. It works sometimes and other times it doesn't. I uninstalled/installed this app several times to see if it would work. No luck. Please update app and fix the bugs.

The app never worked. I downloaded and tried to connect but to no avail. And there has been no response nor update from the creator of this app. Very disappointed.

Connected quickly to phone, lasted a few days then disconnected one day and never reconnected. It's like this app has an expiration time trial. (Edit) after unplugging the fireplace. It rebooted and now the app works again. Best if you plug the fireplace into a strip with a kill switch so you can disconnect the power to the unit. But at least it started to work again. Maybe it's more so a problem with the fireplace and not the app.

App worked great for a short period of time then just stopped..I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and it will not connect again..so needless to say its junk.

App worked fine last spring and fall then quit working. Tried several times to reconnect; no luck. Uninstalled and re-installed a few times; no luck. Last option was to disconnect the stove completely from power source. Started back up 10 minutes later and re-installed app. Works like a charm now. Would have given a 4 or 5 otherwise.
