Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Aware Config by BuildingLink on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. The Aware Config app is your mobile go-to for the configuration and monitoring of your Aware solutions and sensors.

The app will allow you to:
• Identify your sensors and their associated deployment targets
• Monitor your solutions and see if any deployment targets are reporting issues
• Edit your deployment targets by changing their name and/or associated equipment item
• Provision your sensors with the same tools our experts use!
