Not fit for purpose. When I changed my mobile phone, keeping the same number, it was impossible to reinstate Virus Protect on the new one. I spent several hours on both my mobile and laptop and even called BT technical help and still no success. Eventually I uninstalled Virus Protect from all devices then installed it again. The sticking point had been the requirement of a 6 digit PIN, even BT couldn't work out where I should get that from.

I have had this app for a long time with no problems. The last seven days it has drained my battery and is the top user on battery usage. Why? I am probably going to have to delete it. Edit — Developer responded and I deleted and reinstalled the app as asked. All is fine now. Battery usage is VERY low now. Thankyou.

Hi I believe this app is messing with my audio. I'm constantly having audio crackling and pops. When I restart my phone it temporarily goes away. When I uninstall this app it completely goes away! Why is this happening??

The same problem as everyone one else when trying to install, contacted BT and got a call from their customer services and was told that this is not ment to be installed on mobiles only computers and laptops. I was told it would interfere with the mobiles own security. Strange it clearly says it is for Android devices. Did get it working myself but have since uninstalled it.
