Connected quite quickly. App up and running. So far so good...Great signal strength throughout my whole house now...including rooms with 2ft thick walls! I really like the fact that you can move all around the house without having to manually change the connection on my phone. Discs automatically pick up the signal on each device where ever you are in the house to give the best connection and is uninterrupted. Highly recommended product; anything changes in time though - I'll let you know!! πŸ˜‰

Still awful... should i write off the cost of 3 discs and start with a non BT system.... This is actually a very expensive and truly ropey mesh solution. I wouldhave returned but for the lockdown! Use power line to move internet if you can. Transition between units causes android mobile to reboot. The 2 units connect to base and dont piggy back off another.

Rarely leave reviews but feel compelled to for BT. Like many, I can no longer connect via the app. It states I am not connected to the Internet. Annoying thing is it worked great for nearly 2 years, until I had to update. Come on BT! This is a common problem that has been going on for a long time.. Expect more from a large company! Fortunately the disc themselves work very well. Any resets have to be done manually now, rather than all together via the app.

This review is for the app. I use the app to control access to the internet for my children. However it regularly tells me that I'm not connected to the network which simply isn't true, meaning that I cannot use the app at all. The discs work fine for all our devices including this one. However the app is half baked and useless. This happens regularly and the only answer is to factory reset all the discs again. Which is great for the first day or two but then stops working again.

This is a flawed piece of software, I would venture the disks are let down by the software. But as usual we are stuck with it. Or buy other disks from someone else with the accompanying software of course. If you find it saying no network and you know it's working, re enter the admin password from the back of the disk you are currently closest to, and it spring back into life again.

This app is god awful. The disks randomly disconnect frequently, the app straight up refuses to load and allow me to access the settings even though I am connected to the mesh network and it all in all is a bad system, would not recommend.
