Not bad, but the App installs itself as an alternative browser. This means it is sometimes jumping in as a browser rather than Android offering me the choice between Firefox and Chrome, the default installs. How do I disable BT Business as a browser?

A truly dismal app. Information is rarely current and when you've been round the houses with the Indian call centre trying to sort a matter, you'll find that the situation isn't reflected on the app and you are back to square one. Even allowing a reasonable time for an update doesn't seem to matter. The people behind this app also thought it a great idea to prevent you from taking screenshot to forward to customer services. I find it astonishing that this app was even signed off on.

Some elements just make the user experience dreadful... call the 24/7 helpline here... but its open 8am to 8pm... no ability to set up DD's i the app... cmon BT you can do better and we deserve better from you

Typical of BT, ferking useless. Like the rest of the company can't organise a p.....up in a Brewery. Why I signed up to them I don't know. Tried paying my bill. But can't. Tried ringing, got cut off by the automated answer thing 3 times. Will try again, but Typical of BT will probably get cut off because I won't pay the bill..... which I've tried about 6 times. About time BT got in the real world, they are a pile of poooh
