Can't change payment details I tried to do that many times on application to change payment details. I have hearing difficulties which I prefer to do online so that I don't have to ring their help desk to do that. There is no live chatbox to sort out these issues. I'm getting frustrated now. Everytime I selected option it kept going circles to say that there is no option to change payment details from credit card to direct debit

It's not the best app. I hate that I can't remove anything from my continue watching section. I've Googled it, and the process is way too maual and long-winded. I don’t think it should be that hard to clean up my continue watching page, honestly. And I wish the no ads feature actually worked. I've paid for that, and I still find myself sitting through ads. So I don't get what I'm actually paying for??? So definitely canceling that feature, definitely not wasting my money in this economy.

I think this might be the worst designed app I've ever used. Every time I open it, the home screen is obscured by a message saying "Technical error. Try refreshing the page. Or use the link below to start again." (I've tried deleting and reinstalling the app and rebooting my phone, but it makes no difference.) When I do manage to get past that, every option you pick is a dead-end. There is no back button, so the only way to return to the menu is by closing the app and opening it again. Dreadful.

What's the point in a reward system that you don't actually get any rewards? I'm betting all the people that win are on £50k+ a year and members of some elite group that sky formed. Giving people a movie that you can't sell and calling it a reward isn't a reward, it's a poke in the eye. The only use for this app is to track my bill and to top up my data when I need more for the month. Cant even leave a full review as Google isn't working correctly right now, how strange (insert Google payoff)

The only way I can use this app is to uninstall and then install again. When I had a sky engineer visit he asked me to go open the app. After a few minutes of it just doing nothing he said this happened from time to time and to uninstall and reinstall. It's about time sky fixed this bug

Internet in my area has been down for 6 days. Received no acknowledgement that the area has been effected. Not given a time when it may be back up. The app's service checker instead informs you there is no area problem. Book an engineer. Good job I didnt book a weekend, otherwise I would have paid for the engineer to not show up, and to tell me its a known issue. Now the engineers arrival is sitting on my homescreen. Thank you sky.
