Slick, elegant, extremely functional. I love the battery saver function which, although it says it's for OLED screens, I suspect will save battery on any kind of screen. I like that it uses screen-region "buttons" instead of swipes for increment/decrement. I love that you can accidentally force close it and it will still remember your last scores on startup. I love the history function and the undo button. This app just really well thought out and executed all around. Oh and before I forget, extra kudos to the clever name, it makes me laugh over and over again. So get this app now and start enjoying the Simple Life for yourself.

I use this app for various boardgames which is part of why I like this over a lot of the Magic apps that have extra things I don't want. Still running great on my Nexus 6P with the latest Android. I hope the mod author can an revisit and add a few minor quality of life improvements someday.

Brilliant life counter app with poison counters(or as I like to call them uninteractive nonsense) and a +/- 5 button.Would love to see the ability to expand the number of players tracking life without cluttering the screen.

If you want a simple life counter for MTG then get this. If you want 100s of functions, annoying pop ups and animations get something else.

Such a clean and simple app! Although it does not have multiplayer features yet I am sure in time you will keep the simple themes with a larger interface for more than two life totals.

I've tried a bunch of apps and most of them are cluttered, missing features, and super ugly. This app is the exact opposite in all the ways.

About this app

A simple Magic: the Gathering (MTG) life counter/tracker app that uses a minimal and clean design to allow players to modify life totals during a game of Magic.

Current Features:
• Modify life totals by +/- 1 by tapping the top/bottom half of a life total
• Instead modify totals by +/- 5 by tapping on the corresponding +/5 buttons
• View life histories and modifications by swiping left or right
• Modify poison counters (by first enabling this option in settings)
• Access settings by swiping left or right then tapping on the settings icon
• Change reset life total based on format of Magic (20 for standard, 30 for French 1v1 Commander, or 40 for EDH for example)
• Invert upper life counter to make it more simple for your opponent to adjust life totals
• Access customizable dice roller in the settings menu
• Potentially keep the screen on during longer play sessions
• Currently limited to 2 life counters for 1v1 games
• Three different themes to choose from, Light, Dark, and Black. Black keeps as many pixels black as possible to save battery life on devices with OLED screens

I've tested this app successfully on several different emulated devices, but if you have any issues, please e-mail me at brstf.dev@gmail.com before adding a negative rating and I'll try to fix the issue.

This app is still undergoing development, updates will be released whenever new features are seamlessly integrated and tested.
