Very solid software. I have two label printers: QL-1100WNB and QL-820WNB. Both are on Wifi and this app connects to both printers and correctly identifies the labels in each printer. The interface for designing labels is simple but effective. I took off a star because it doesn't recognize all the labels supported by the printer and desktop app (1-inch round labels DK-1218 don't work). Also, you cannot design labels on the desktop and send them to phone. Tested on Galaxy Note 8, 10-May-2021

Most frustrating app ever. Simply not working. It reminds me of the 90s when you had to an engineer to set up a printer and troubleshoot it. 2020's we can fly drones, operate a body on the other side of the planet, switch on the light in our house while on holiday away but we can't print a bloody label. App works on only one device out of 3, most of the time shows a communication error message, doesn't print, or print some but not all quantities. I'm no expert but isn't it the point of apps?

Was pretty easy to load .lbx files into the app and then print to my QL-810W printer. I didn't even need any prior wireless setup! No Windows/Mac software required.

It is a nice tool, but I sort of have to troubleshoot the connection every time I use it. Actually for every label I print it looses connection. Also when printing on ribbon material app gives no warning if print is too big to fit. It just displays some communication error.

App has all of the features I need, with three obvious issues that make it a pain to use. 1.) You cannot share templates with other devices. 2.) When adjusting the size of text boxes, it is almost impossible to grab the corner of the box to expand/shrink it without just moving it instead. 3.) It is impossible to make perfectly flat lines as you have to drag them similarly to the text box corners, and they do not "snap" into place when you approach level. Fix these, please!

Auto label width doesn't seem to work anymore and trying to adjust the text area box with your fingers is almost impossible. Printing is much slower than when using the PC software.
