If I could give this zero stars, I would. I just purchased the cube and I can't even connect to it. I keep getting a message saying "communication error" One of the following may have occurred. 1. Power is off (power is on and I am using power cable that came with the cube) 2. The printer is busy (how can it be busy when I've never used it?) 3. Bluetooth is out of range (I literally put my Galaxy Note 9 ON it and it STILL won't connect!) If I get a helpful response I will be surprised. I will try a few other things but if I don't have any success, I will be returning the product, as I'm sure many other people will too. I wish Brother wouldn't have advertised this "awesome" app when it has no capabilities whatsoever.

If you're thinking about purchasing this product don't. The device is very wasteful and jams very easily. As for the app. It needs location permissions to print. Why does it need to know where you're located when it's simply sending data via Bluetooth?l

Could be better. Sizing isn't great there is always excess waste. No matter how much I change the spacing or tape size they still make me waste more then I need. Pre-made labeling doesn't give much options to customize you have to create your own.

Not as versatile as I thought. There are settings to change font size, bold,, etc., but when I try to change it, it says it is pre-set and can't be changed. Have tried looking at every option but can't find a solution.

I love how well it works via bluetooth. I only wish you could exit the App. Back button always brings up option dialogue.

Works Perfect! I am a kitten foster & use this to label crates. Works flawlessly with the different colors of tapes I've bought.
