Worst app. Print over wifi using the cellphone takes forever. The printing is so slow that even for a two page print it's preferable to boot the laptop and print from it than wait for printing of the second page to finish.

I purchased DCP T420W last month and this is not working smooth .and print not coming only paper out without printing. Even trying many times to contact customer care but there no body to pick the call.

Had to get generic version with ishare app to operate my new $400 brother printer with my android mobile phone. Worked immediately after giving up on brother apps months ago. Seems to be a great printer but their apps suck. All the brother apps suck. They will not operate they're on printer. Now that's saying something.

Most useless app. I loaded it to my android device because my printer was not showing up under the Brother iPrint and iScan app. It showed me that the drivers and software are available but did not show where they were (link or otherwise) or offer to download them.
