Brother printer plugin sucks big time ... It's slower than a sloth ... on Wi-Fi Direct and Wlan (1-2 mins to print ) ... Its surprising to see a 3rd party plugin like 'Nokoprint' is lightning fast in wireless printing ... But a manufactures plugin is worse than a sloth !!! People facing slow wireless printing on this plugin, please save yourself the agony, just try out Nokoprint !!! -- What use is this plugin when it takes a couple of minutes to print wirelessly on a 42ppm hardware - UNINSTALLED

Both Brother and Samsung dropped the ball here. Samsung places blame on Brother for not writing a plug in. Samsung sells printers and they are purposefully working against Brother here. Particularly the Galaxy S10+ will not work with my Brother Laser HL-2170W. Previously it was great on my android Galaxy S5. Now Brother says it won't work with androids! No, joke that is what they said when I tried to get a plug in. Wasted toner cartridges. Wasted phone purchase. And now it works...SMH.

It used to work seamlessly but it just stopped working. No meaningful troubleshooting guide. Now I am unable to print my email from my Samsung 20 phone to my Brother HL-L2395DW Printer. Very Irritating...pls provide a solution. Thanks, Robert

It used to work. It has been sending sprint spooler errors from a print that failed For Months. After un plugging and plugging it in several times. I am confused and it sends them daily. I force stopped it and switched it to not send notifications. But I couldn't get to that part before. Just a screen with washed out look would show under my apps.

I used to be able to print from my phone, but within the last few months, I'm assuming after an update, it no longer works. Looking through the reviews I'm not the only one. Get it together, Brother! Fix your app!!

Read before going crazy!!! A lot of bad reviews on this and I don't blame ya for it...upon hours of digging, uninstalling and reinstalling I have figured it out....the labels that are provided are slightly bigger than 4x6. You need to choose 4.07x6.4 then it should work!! I rated 2 stars because brother support should know this and people should not spend hours agrevated trying to figure this out

The Brother Print Service Plugin enables you to print directly from your Android devices (Android 5.0 or later), to your Brother printer through a Wi-Fi network. As this is a plugin application, you can print using the "Print" option of supported Android apps. Please see below for supported applications (as of March 2015):

After installing this application, you must activate it in one of the following ways:
- Tap the icon displayed in the notification area immediately after installation, and enable it in the displayed screen.
- Tap "Settings" on your Android device and tap "Printing", then select "Brother Print Service Plugin". Enable it in the displayed screen.
If you are using Android 12 or later and cannot connect via Bluetooth or Wireless Direct, go to your device settings and allow the Brother Print Service Plugin app access to nearby devices.
