I have used this flawlessly since I bought a DesignNCut in Nov 18. I have cut glitter, craft, permanent, and heat transfer vinyl without ever losing my connection. The photo capture feature with the app works with no issues. I love that if I want to build a design myself I can use the cloud based companion Canvas Workspace. I have purchased SVG files from Esty and they worked perfectly also. *Updated* May 2020 both my machine and app continue to work perfectly. I have zero complaints.

This app is truly the worst. I've done everything I can think of and all I get is an E502 every single time. I was able to cut once and then this stupid error message pops up. I've reset everything. I guess you get what you pay for.

app works great when it comes to connecting my android to machine. what i hate about it is its capturemat function! ive captured the mat for hundreds of times but it still wont capture it!

HEADS UP! This app is NOT for your PC! This is used for your mac and tablet/phone devices. I haven't found one for a direct download to your PC. Other than using a USB, which is NOT included with your cutter. UGHHHHH!

love the machine, hate the app. never works. takes me hours to create a project because the app doesn't connect to the machine
