Have the app connected to four different cameras at home And two at work . Now can't connect to any of them . Tried resetting all the cameras Tried reinstalling the app Nothing works just wasted $300. Still no response from cameras. Just emailed support. No boxes to return cameras. They worked great for 2 weeks.

I use to get it to pair up but sometimes it goes in all directions before it turns the lens up to the ceiling. Strange. I had it disconnected for a while got tired of messing with it decided to try again but I can't the camera to get it on-line. Please help . can't get support. Yes I've tried resetting it.no luck

The cloud storage doesn't save everything only windows of time and you can't save video from the cloud only screenshots I'll try it with the sd card later i had one motion detection video with no motion in the video where the camera tried seeing behind the windows blinds seems to have been hacked as it looked in all directions before resting at the ceiling very strange

The app use to work well with Alexa and Google assistant but now even though they say they're linked to the brookstone app, they can't control the lights at all! It's very frustrating to say the least, and when you click in the frequently asked questions & feedback section of the app nothing comes up, it's just blank smh!

Can not get video to work at all and know can't even get it to work at all after 5 hours mostly going to take it back. I did retry to get reboot over a 4 day period I took it back to the store and got my money back. My work for a lot of people but the one I tried didn't work for me.

Flawed setup for voice control Can not add google voice controls. no way to enter account information for logging to link Brookstone to Google only gives phone number loggin not email
