I cannot control my smoker via the app any more. When I called the number that was listed as the app support contact on another review, they said they had nothing to do with Broil King and hadn't for years. When I called the main Broil King customer service number, they said they had to look into who the app developer is and would need to call me back in a day. Clearly very disory and no one seems to know who is in control of this app!

With the latest update or Android update I can monitor the temperatures, but I can no longer control the pellet burner. Overall it is a shame that this app does not have the same quality I would expect from Broil King. Other apps with temperature monitoring and controls are years ahead of this app.

Keeps crashing since last update. Update March 2021- not crashing anymore.. yay! But will not connect to my wifi ...app is horrible. Need a complete redo

Terriable updaye once again. Version before worked alright but now can't control smoker. I can monitor and thats it. Setting button on more has never worked for me to update the smoker. I wish I could revert back to previous update terriable.
