For a start to see that in best case scenario I'll lose 88% of the phone value in less than 2 years says it all, however, even with this in mind the app doesn't work, no trade ID has been generated for no reason. Can't understand why wouldn't they fix these issue specifically they just introduced the new note 20 Such a disgrace for a company like Samsung

Absolutely trash app. Wasted time on multiple attempts. No success. Also, these are biggest sacmmers. Looks like they want to buy the phone at the price it cost them to make. For a $1800 phone valuation of $380? Really. I will crush my phone at the end of its life instead of giving back to these scam companies. Good bye Samsung not buying any more of your sam poo.

Had a change of mind and wanted to trade up the same old phone. The old code had expired and the app fails to retrieve a new one. Doesn't work!

It just doesn't work... I've went through the whole process 5 times. Even removed and reinstalled the app. All that I get is a spinning wheel saying "retrieving quote", and nothing happens... Useless...

I've removed my passwords, pin, swipe and google account disabled. I've activated the app and it says "Unfortunately your device is not eligible for trade-in at this time". I did it yesterday, so, waited today and still the same. Any advice? I've got a Galaxy S20 5G, wanted to see how much it'll cost as still in perfect condition.

Doesn't give me the trade in ID and takes forever to complete. Actually it doesn't even complete on mine regardless of the number of times I run the diagnostics
