The My Spectrum App is great. Easy to navigate and user friendly. The Spectrum Internet and WiFi is another story ... my connection fails/disconnects on average of, at the least, once a week, requiring me to troubleshoot and work till I get the system up and running again. This is quite annoying and would lead me to choose another provider, but, at this time, Spectrum is my only option.

If you can connect to the app then: Trouble shooting is limited to just reboot the device. Just went through the automated please reboot all your equipment messages and blame everything but their service and was surprised to have a real person connect with me in the chat. She was nice and pleasant but unable to fix the issue but was able to schedule a technician to look at it in a couple of days. Much better but I still wouldn't recommend Spectrum. I wish I had another choice.

Watching on Roku TV. App randomly freezes and buffers a lot. Must go to the guide & select the show I'm watching to refresh. Several channels will sometimes not match the sound with the picture. I already communicated thru FB messenger & they forwarded the issue to tech but haven't heard of a resolution and still having this issue. It is ridiculous we are directed to use another app for support. I don't use X (Twitter). Other issues but limited on space here. No issues on other streaming apps.

Spectrum has the best internet in my area. High speed, very infrequent connectivity issues (perhaps once every few months for an hour or so), and when connectivity issues are expected, you are notified of the time window, most often in advance, via the app. The price is okay, but I was unhappy that there was a price hike previously after 2 years of use, and I canceled my subscription immediately. They were wise enough to return the price to its original price, which is why I resubscribed.

horrible app. takes forever to load. the UI is not friendly. the lack of control options for my router are abysmal!! have to Uninstall and reinstall on a semi regular basis. my 1GB internet constantly drops to under 300, at times under 100, and only sometimes runs in the 700s. even at my fastest speed, this app still either doesn't load at all or takes forever to load. just today having to reinstall because when logging in the last 3 days all I get is a white screen. ridiculous!!

This app won't even stay running long enough to check it out. It crashes almost immediately, and once a pop-up message says it had a bug. I read similar reviews going back at least a couple of months before I stopped reading. As a new customer, this is concerning. Now I'm wondering if switching to Spectrum is a good idea. Is the lack of attention to this obviously poor functioning app indicative of attention to customers. I need this app to work.
