Loved the idea of this and this lock until seeing how bad the app sucks. It is constantly losing connection to Bluetooth, if I try and use the auto unlock feature with the app in the background, it force closes with errors. I am in IT, am a developer, and have a brand new phone. The issue is not user error or a problem with my device, the issue is the app is terrible.

Both auto lock and auto unlock work on my Samsung S9. In the app, I can also share the lock keys with my family and friends.

The idea is great. The hardware is great. The app is missing a lot of
features and functionality that would truly make this a 5 star app (and
I'll update my review here accordingly). 1. The access log misses a lot of
events if I'm not connected to the network. 2. Physical key access should
be logged 3. The auto unlock feature doesn't work for anything on Android.
I may have gotten it once. 4. Auto lock only during certain hours. For
example, 5pm-8am (business closed hours), it auto locks, but the rest of
the day it doesn't (for visitors) 5. Bring on the GW10! Really could use
remote access to the lock and log.

While the app works, it is very inconsistent. It can fail entirely if, on approach to your door you end up connecting to your home wifi, which then means you have to reset the app. Bluetooth connectivity usage also mean intermittent problems connecting to the door lock
