It's hard to find a simple app that just logs internet connectivity. Lots of bad options out there that require permission to files and locations. This one does it simply and well.

It's very good. Perhaps you can add options to notify by flashlight and I'd also like a selection for my own very high pitched notification sound.

Having trouble with the internet connection, this app test it at the interval you choose. Allowed me to use this data to go back to the service provider.

About this app

More often than not our devices become disconnected from the Internet resulting in missed communications. Our devices may say they are connected to the Internet when in reality they are not.

This is a simple tester application that periodically reads data from a list of URLs. If there is a failure (or success) in reading these URLs the application will notify you through aural notifications. You can then act appropriately depending on these notifications.

Features:

- Notification when data can (and/or cannot) be read.
- Configurable testing frequency. "Do not disturb" feature.
- Ability to test wifi networks, cellular networks or both. Option to notify when completely disconnected from the Internet.

App Permissions

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
