It provides exact live location of your family members. But few in few suggestions: It would be great if it can show direction on how to reach them. Aside along with showing their location based on time, it could be better if you can connect them by a line (Track).

Not until you've already paid, downloaded the app, and yelled at the application, do you discover you have to have already connected the phone to it to search for the damn thing. That's of absolute no use to us. Had we have seen at any stage that you have to pre-set this up, we would have moved on. The phone remains lost. Please refund ASAP as the service cannot be used for what we need.

cannot access any phone anywere. have to register on target phone. nowhere before paying for it does it saying anything about registering phone. this app will not track any phone. very misleading to say the least waste of time and money

Am disappointed with the app, it just not doing what it promised. You first need to install it in the devices you want to track. If you lose a device now you cant track it unless its installed in it. I need my refund please.

This application doesn't work for me if a device was stolen or lost I need to be able to pull up its location history and track it without having this software installed on it

I guess I should have read the reviews before signing up. You cannot find a already lost phone. The app is a little misleading in that fact.
