Constantly have issues with this app. It is very temperamental. Now I cannot even get it to run on my Note 10+. So, I have to use another device to get it to sometimes work. They need to improve this if they want to continue to use it in the heaters. The range does suck, but that's a Bluetooth limitation. I'd say it works 40% of the time on my Galaxy 7. Not a fan. I really wish it would work because the idea is great.

It takes me between 4 to 12 tries to connect to the water heater every time while I'm literally right next to the water heater.... Come on guys I think we have the technology to make this better.... Unless this is yet another app that doesn't play nice with Android 10

Had constant issues with it from day one. Now it won't run at all.

Pretty useless. Can't schedule recirculation or set up vacation with the app. No cloud/remote control so I can change things outside of the house. They only function it has is the ability to change how hot the heater heats up the water to. Do people change that that often?
