Useful to be able to control separate zones, but not perfect Some rooms go beyond the temperature set. Also, the 'calibration' facility is no such thing, but merely an option for a minor adjustment. The system should allow to set thermostats at the real room temperature. Now we're getting random switches, such as the bedroom turning to manual at 31' at 1am! I'm told it's a known glitch but no projected date for a fix. Not good at all and destroys the very nature of any benefit.

Glitch causing temperature change & calling heat unnecessarily. The app has started changing the temperature in rooms randomly. This means it's calling the heat to come on and heat rooms hotter than we want. We emailed tech support who said an update was coming & to switch to manual and back to schedule. We did but it didn't resolve. We left all switches at manual but it's still changing the desired temp. It's heating out nursery higher than we want. It's heating rooms & wasting gas.

Nice to have control in your hand, but no help when something isn't right. Can't access help pages/easy control faq because it's an 'insecure site' according to the browser. Tried on Android, Safari and Firefox and it won't work on any of them. Very frustrating.

Just moved into a house with this installed. It's been 10 days & we can't work this out. I simply can't see any point to it. We'll be paying someone to uninstall and return us to a traditional system that works. I genuinely cannot see a single benefit to having to rely on the internet or batteries to turn my heating on. This system is the plumbing equivalent of the emporer's new clothes.

Diabolical reliability. Often have to reset boiler/stat or turn to away and back to stop heating from running constantly. Keeps heating rooms despite being well past set points. App is slow to render (foreground loading?) and recently asks whether to disable away mode despite it not being active (generally if you try to adjust the set point before it's finished rendering, in a valve controlled zone not on the main controller). Just a massive disappointment.

The app does not open up straight away simetimes, especially when one is using 4G, one has to re-enter all the credentials & password for it to allow it to login and control the thermostat...... Surely once is enough. Terrible app, surely such a small thing like this you can get right

The EasyControl is a multizone internet-connected programmable smart thermostat for heating and hot water system control, which can be operated using this app.
Once installing this app, there is the option to run the app in demo mode, without access to the internet, an EasyControl or a compatible heating appliance to showcase the extensive features and simplicity of use. The EasyControl is compatible with multiple brands of appliances, e.g., Bosch, Nefit, Worcester, Junkers, elm Leblanc among others.

Individual temperature control
Witt the EasyControl it is possible to set up to 20 zones (or rooms), each with its individual schedule and set temperatures. This ensures you have the right comfort temperature in each zone and that each zone only heats when you want therefore saving energy. The control of the temperature in the individual zones requires the installation of the optional EasyControl's smart radiator thermostats.

Simple to use
The EasyControl intuitive operation and modern design ensures it is very simple to operate using either its built-in colour touch-screen or the app.
• Supplied with a pre-set schedules that can then be easily modified to fit your needs.
