Exactly what I was looking for! I was very nearly willing to pay up to $5/mo for another app, but thankfully discovered Boost Note first. Stylish dark themes, side-by-side Markdown preview, and syntax highlighting of code snippets are just what I was looking for. And to top it off, you can organize your notes by folder and tags, login with your GitHub account, and sync to the cloud. What more could I want?

I'm a new user and I really liked the desktop app for linux, then I downloaded the app for my Android tablet and the experience was not what I was expecting. Many useful tools cannot be used here, but the most annoying part is a bug; when you are typing, the text goes under your keyboard and then you can't see anymore what you are typing, please fix it, text must be at the top of the keyboard anytime.

I have been waiting for this mobile app for over a year or two now, and I'm very excited that it's here! I have a couple of notes about issues or features: - Enable ability to move cursor with swipe/drag - Considerer a split screen view like on desktop: - Top/Bottom in Portrait, Left/Right in Landscape - Switching between screen orientations causes app to exit back to initial screen, even mid-note. - Creating check boxes works, but interacting doesn't - Clicking links crashes the app!

very good competitor with Joplin and One Note. literally the only problem i have is mutual with other reviews i have read. the back button doesn't go back, and doesn't open the side menu which would be ideal

Boostnote is an incredible markdown app that I've been using for over the past year. The fact it is an open source based project that is constantly being updated is the reason I use it over other platforms like Evernote.
