Absolutely horrible app. Blocks all my calls and installs itself after being deleted. Can't get rid of it and can't get any calls even after changing settings to unblock unknown calls. This is the worst app ever! I absolutely loathe this app. If it continues, I'll go back to straight talk. At least I can get calls with them.

This app is full of bs.It is supposed to give me caller id on every call.Well most of the time it only says potential spam or wireless caller.Doesn't give me any info on who's calling but potential Spam or wireless caller.And if I block a number or mark it as a spam it still comes thru & they are able to leave voicemails.I have contacted them on multiple occasions thru email & the number boost gave me.However I reached them only once & they stated boost wants it this way. Never heard 4m again

I can't erase my call log. Calls that have been blocked are still getting through. I have no idea what phone book is being used. Needs a lot of work my phone is full of #'s I can't delete RIDICULOUS

Well this is a dumb app. I have been a Boost Mobile Customer for 20 + Years and this app keeps telling me that it Can't Authenticate me?? 😞😂 Hey Boost why does this App Not work?? I'm giving it One Star rating until you all answer my question and get this App to work correctly. And Yes I pay for the "Call Screener Plus" Add-On every single month!

UPDATE (APR 23, 2021) — I UNINSTALLED, RE—INSTALLED THIS APP AND IT'S WORKING ##### #####Authentication failed. I'm paying for it and the screener failed. I hope other APP that comes with Screener didn't failed.

Good for caller id but u can never get rid of call or text history from the time you install it.
