The app is solid and very easy to use. It has a sleek and sophisticated interface, and I like that the different coffees include information about the farmers. Coffee changer members can use the app for free, and I like that it is ad-free because other apps really contain an annoying amount of stupid ads. Seems that things are coming along nicely… Keep it up, Bonaverde. ☕

once again bonaverse fails. login is not easy, my account no longer exists. making a new account does not activate the app. why not make something you can just turn on and use. even many apps can be used without an account.

This would be nice if it worked, but it won't let me login. I followed the account update instructions, but was not given an opportunity to make an account so I made one separately on their website. This account won't work with the app. So, once more something doesn't work correctly with this device. I have been unable to use the machine since I can only control it with the few RFID cards they provided and this is just not enough flexibility to justify the hassle. The RFID cards don't provide a roast that is as good what I get from other sources, but I'd like to try alternatives to see what else it can do. Their 'conceirge' through FB messenger never connected to my Berlin, so that was useless. If this app worked, it would give me maybe 75% of what they promised to their Kickstarters. However, it looks like they are doing this app as a subscription, which is a no-go for me. Totally crazy to pay them $10/month to get most of what they promised for the money I already paid. Definitely still not happy, though I'm willing to give them a chance to fix it. At this point I'm considering this wasted money, and my only failed Kickstarter so far.
