I dont have a lot of experience with frequency generators. But i did like this app the best out of the three i tested. It has more options and can have three concurrent oscillators running frequencies. Option to save presets and binaurial + frequency sweep as an added topper. I am pleased. I give it the #1 top spot for frequency generators for free. Now go run and by the actual hardware units that can generate an analog signal while i live in Hoover Town.

From what i can tell, this creates clean test signals plus DTMFs ((HAMS! Use this with old V/U ham radio gear having no PL tone generator but take into account whether your mic will pass such low frequencies), white & pink noise, musical pitches, and sweep tones for response tests. I think it is worth the $3 to support the creator and lose the ads. If i discover any probs, like unclean waveforms, I will report back. If your phone has no headphone jack, try BT or speaker.

This app is perfect for hiding the phone somewhere when your with a bunch of people and have them wonder where that sound is coming from. Do this at your lunch break at your jobs cafeteria and see what happens just dont cause a panic. I'll have fun with this but of course dont piss anyone off with it just have fun. I already gave myself a hearing test, great job developers for making this easy to use. 👍

I've had it 3mins and it's already my favorite app!!! I have an expensive handheld spectrum analyser so this app to me just screams FUN, but at a quick glance looks capable of more serious work. Thank you designers, now off to annoy the wife and kids with as many strange nosies as I can create, all while hidden from view of course.

It works perfectly, I tested this program in nature, I dont know if it repels insects or makes them lethargic ... but it works anyway choose sweep generator tab and adjust it between 18000Hz - 21500Hz in duration 5 or 6 sec turn your phone volume up to the end and enjoy....

Ease of use, and it works especially you did create a preset one it's fantastic listen to that before you go to sleep while you're sleeping and then watching 2 weeks how you become more creative it's very subtle but it's there just like with the other ones like relaxation and sleep it works
