starts out easy enough for anyone to jump right in, gets more challenging over time. has 2 levels to keep the progress going, and the graphics clearly show how to do each move. im not sure the BMI calculator is 100% acurate unless my home scales are wrong in calculating. not a big fan nutritionally of the meal plans, but diet is 75% of the key to losing weight. consult a dietician about proper diet to help you lose weight while on an exercise program and see healthy results! Fast and Effective ~ I work out regularly... but on a time crunch, if doing exercises properly, it can still keep you on track. Less than six minutes (skipping rest time in between) and I feel great!!!

Ill just give 4 stars first, cuz i just started using this app. luckily the work out is not too heavy lol but still burn and like i want to gain weight n muscle so the meal plan is a *thumb up* but not sure if i can afford it lol but I'll try
