Didn't work for me as no instructions. Not clear how to save setting. What should one do when directed to phone dialer. Get failed mmi code trying different things. Otherwise could be great because it's simple.

Could not establish the number I needed calls to be forwarded from. It appears it assumed it was the number of the device I was using, which was a tablet with no SIM.
