It won't open at all. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling as well as updating my Samsung s7 device and wether on Wi-Fi or on LTE it just says loading and never opens

It needs an option to pay bills through the app instead of rerouting to the website. Otherwise, its useful for tracking data usage.
